  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Office close time on 7PM,we can leave the key to the key locker for you after you make payment.

  • Do you have undercover parking?

    Yes, every room has undercover parking.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms at Myall Motel are non-smoking.

  • Do you have room service?

    Our room service is every 4 nights for long term stay customers where the rooms are cleaned and replacement of linen and fresh towels.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes.

  • Do you have connecting internal doors in rooms?

    Only 2 connecting internal doors in 2 rooms only in our motel.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    2 minutes by car to Grand Plaza Shopping Centre with shops including Big W, & Khub, PLUS Woolworths, Coles, Aldi.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    Motel Myall is within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast-food outlets including McDonalds, KFC, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Domino’s Pizza, Chinese, Japanese Sushi, Indian. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

  • Do you have Foxtel?

    No.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.

  • Do you have a gym?

    There are gyms 2 mins drive by car in the town.

  • Do you have laundry service?

    We supply washing machine (for free) and Dryer machine ($2/per time) in the Guest Laundry.
